Please read the following information carefully before registering your child. These policies help us provide a safe, fair, and professional environment for all players.
Team Participation (Optional Add-On)
Team participation is optional and not included in standard academy training.
Additional registration, kit, and monthly team fees apply.
Participation is subject to selection, squad availability, and coach's assessment.
Terms & Conditions
Payment must be completed to secure a booking or membership place.
The academy joining fee includes academy kit (shirt, shorts, socks) and the first month of training.
Players must wear the academy kit at all times during training sessions and matches. The kit must be kept in good condition (clean and presentable).
The academy reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel sessions due to weather, venue issues, staff availability, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. Where appropriate, an alternative date or refund will be offered.
Parental Consent
By registering my child with Sporting CP Academy London, I confirm that:
I am the parent or legal guardian of the child named in the registration form.
My child is fit to participate in football training sessions, matches, and related academy activities.
I give permission for my child to receive emergency medical treatment if required.
I understand that football is a physical sport and that, while all reasonable care will be taken, participation involves a risk of minor injury.
I confirm that my child agrees to follow coaching instructions, academy rules, and behaviour standards at all times.
I understand that parents and guardians are expected to support a positive environment and raise any concerns respectfully through the appropriate academy channels.
I give permission for my child to be photographed or filmed during training sessions, matches, and academy events for use on the academy website, social media, and other promotional materials.
I understand that no sensitive personal information will be published alongside images without further consent.
Payments & Non-Payment
1ST OF THE MONTH
Monthly membership fees are due on the 1st of each month.
7TH OF THE MONTH
If payment is not received by the 7th of the month, the child's place may be suspended until payment is made in full.
14TH OF THE MONTH
If payment remains outstanding on the 14th of the month, Sporting CP Academy London may cancel the child's membership and release their place.
Privacy
Personal information is collected only for academy administration, safeguarding, communication, and booking purposes.
We do not share personal data with third parties except where required for legal, safeguarding, or payment processing purposes.
Contact details may be used to provide updates about bookings, training, matches, and academy-related information.

Behaviour & Conduct
Players must follow coaching instructions and academy behaviour standards at all times.
Persistent unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or removal from sessions.
Parents and guardians must not interfere with coaching decisions during or after sessions and matches.
Any concerns should be raised respectfully with the academy after the session, or with the Welfare Officer where safeguarding is involved.
Trial Terms
Trial sessions are subject to confirmation and availability.
A maximum of two trial sessions per child is allowed (first £20, second £25 if required).
Trial sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a place.
The £20 trial fee is refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Once attended, the fee becomes non-refundable.
If your child joins, the trial fee will be deducted from the registration fee if completed within 14 days.
If a child does not attend a booked session without prior notice, the trial fee is non-refundable.
Cancellations must be communicated via email to info@sportingacademylondon.co.uk or other agreed academy channels.
In rare cases, sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled; an alternative date or full refund will be offered.
Parents or guardians must be present at all times during trial sessions. If a child is not accompanied, the trial session will not proceed If a parent or guardian is not present at the trial session, the session will be cancelled and the fee will not be refunded.
Attendance
Parents or guardians are encouraged to remain present during training sessions and matches.
All spectators must remain outside the designated training area/fence/cage perimeter.
The academy is only responsible for players during their active participation in training sessions and matches.
If a player is unable to attend one of their regular sessions, at least 24 hours’ notice must be provided through the agreed academy communication channel.
Notice may be given by email at info@sportingacademylondon.co.uk or through the relevant parent communication group once the player has been added.
Repeated late payments will result in a warning. Continued late or missed payments may lead to cancellation of the membership
Monthly academy fees are fixed and based on the player’s agreed weekly training plan.
Missed sessions are not refunded or deducted from the monthly fee.
Catch-up sessions may be requested with the Head Coach and will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability, group size, age group and suitability of the session.
Catch-up sessions are not guaranteed and cannot be carried over automatically.
If a player misses 3 consecutive sessions without prior notice, the academy reserves the right to cancel the player’s place.
